My name is Luis Garcia and I have taught others how to save lives by purchasing NARCAN sprays, conducting free 2 hour classes in 8 states including equipping & training 40 police, fire, and EMS agencies .
I have driven to 49 of Florida’s 67 counties up to 10 hours each way.
Nobody close to me has battled drugs or alcohol.
I have never tried drugs, been arrested or been intoxicated.
I don’t make any money from employment in the addiction field.
I am not in any type of 12 Step recovery program.
This is simply about being a good human. I don’t judge others.
