I created this process of diagnostics, stress relief, detox, nutrition & fitness guidance from my disappointing experiences going through the VA & being let down by Western medicine. I took charge, studied & learned from powerful healers around the world to get to the root cause of every imbalance the mind & body can experience. Through the years my purpose has grown & evolved and eventually, I will have a healing center. My mission is to help those who need help so they will not experience what I did when I was at my most vulnerable state.
