As far as I can remember, I’ve always been a seeker of knowledge and of wisdom. Naturally intuitive and compassionate since a young age, it wasn’t until I had a spiritual awakening in 2006 that I began to walk consciously on the journey. At the time I was a young mother of two beautiful children and on the brink of divorce. I felt lost, miserable, and guilty, but there was also a part of me that kept being pulled to expand. That pull ultimately led me to yoga and to Buddhism. Slowly but surely I began to peel back the layers and to uncover limiting beliefs, trauma, and emotional wounds that were holding me back from standing firmly in my truth and from expressing my gifts out into the world.
Many years later and what feels like many lives lived, some of the practices that helped me heal myself are the offerings that I give to my clients. Through Restorative Yoga I healed my broken heart, balanced my nervous system, and found relief from adrenal fatigue. Reiki helped me feel held and supported as I released childhood trauma from my emotional body. Through sound healing I have accessed my subconscious, rested deeply, and experienced profound peace. Vipassana meditation has transformed me.
I combine over ten years of spiritual practice with numerous trainings and healing modalities to guide men and women who are seeking to heal from trauma and to develop a compassionate approach to their healing.
