I am a registered nurse turned Transformative Nurse Coach.
I spent 7 years working as a bedside cardiac nurse as well as doing home health visits. I became extremely frustrated with the broken healthcare system, to the point that it affected my own mental health.
I became a Transformative Nurse Coach because I knew in my entire being that there was a better way for me to help myself and others that struggle with their own mental health, not only heal but thrive in life despite all of their past traumas and negative experiences.
I strongly believe that the bigger the trauma, the higher the purpose, the stronger the pain, the more fuel you have for motivation.
